Marc has proudly served as a member The Lachance Team for over 20 years. Developing long-term relationships with clients and other industry professionals has played an essential role in Marc becoming a successful and trusted local realtor. Having spent the majority of his life in Sherwood Park, Marc possesses extensive knowledge of local school systems, past and present housing markets, and plans for new community development.

With a smile and a welcoming environment, Marc provides exceptional customer service to each of his clients. He believes these traits are essential to every working relationship. Clients can unquestionably trust his knowledge and confidence regarding the real estate industry. When not working, Marc enjoys the often-frustrating game of golf, delights in the challenge of creating gourmet meals, and takes pleasure in sharing a bottle of wine and listening to music with friends. Most importantly, Marc cherishes the time he spends as a dedicated husband and father.

Nolan is a licensed realtor with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Major in Accounting). His energetic personality, love of real estate and ability to connect with people from all walks of life are the perfect combination for The Lachance Team. Nolan’s background in the financial services industry gives him extensive knowledge when it comes to planning on purchasing or selling a home.

Nolan was raised in Sherwood Park and has an in-depth understanding of the community and the value that each individual neighborhood holds. Nolan currently resides in Edmonton’s central area and also has a strong passion for the variety of neighborhoods Edmonton has to offer. This combination makes Nolan versatile to Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Nolan’s strong work ethic and teamwork skills were fortified throughout his life from a very young age through the game of hockey. He was a member of the Macewan University men’s hockey team that won 3 ACAC national championships. Giving back to the hockey community is one of Nolan’s many passions. Nolan’s most recent opportunity will have him become an associate coach with the Macewan University men’s hockey CIS program for the 2022-2023 season. He also has had the opportunity to travel throughout the world, discovering different cultures and customs. While traveling, Nolan embraced the experience of teaching English to young students at a school in South Korea.

Aside from hockey and traveling Nolan is an avid skier, pasta enthusiast and folk music lover. Family is the most important thing in Nolan’s Life and he can’t wait to become a husband and father in the future. “I look forward to the opportunity to work and grow with The Lachance Team. I believe it starts with building relationships and trust to ensure that the client’s needs are being met to the highest of standards”.

Aidy has been the executive assistant for The Lachance Team since 2016. She loves working alongside her husband Marc and wonderful team members. Having the opportunity to be part of a team that is so well respected within the community is truly an honour. She believes that the unique and inspiring personality traits of each individual team member enhances the team as a whole and confirms The Lachance Team motto:  “The strength of a team. The reputation for results.”

As the team’s photographer, Aidy uses her love of this art form to showcase and market clients’ beautiful homes. Spending time in a client’s home during photography sessions allows her to become a part of their journey with The Lachance Team and she welcomes the opportunity to share the story of every home through pictures. 

Since Aidy has lived most of her life in Sherwood Park, she feels a strong connection to the community. Witnessing the growth and development of Sherwood Park and Edmonton throughout the years has added to the knowledge base of the team and strengthens all the “behind the scenes” work that goes with every real estate transaction. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail also ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently for both team members and clients. 

Being a mom to 4 amazing children keeps her busy when not at work. Aidy wears many hats throughout the day: chauffeur, DJ, snack provider, cheerleader, tutor, referee, life coach and more but she sincerely believes that every moment with her kiddos is a gift. She loves spending time with her family, working out, walks with friends, snuggles with the family dog (Phil) and enjoying Marc’s fabulous gourmet meals.
